Please understand this policy is being put in place to help the high volume clientele who truly do want these appointments. This policy is to ensure both the clients and service providers time
will be respected.
Upon booking you must acknowledge and agree to terms and conditons, that when booking an appointment a card must be put on file, if client NO-SHOWS, that means giving no notice at all & or does not give 24 hour notice. There will be a fee that is applied to whatever service that is booked . All services have different fees.
